Problem to create Service Order using IW31 and then Invoice for that

I have Problem to create Service Order,

it creates order ,but i'm not getting on which table it exists

so plz tel me process and tables.

i have seen structure "CAUFVD".

Hello,

The tables related to work orders are:

AFIH Maintenance order header

AFPO Order item

AUFK Order master data

AUFM Goods movements for order

For invoicing the maintenance order, you should have a resource realted billing prfile assigned to the order --> control tab --> control for resource related billing and quotation filed.
