Whenever I am editing and saving portal theme , getting below menteniod error :-

Hi SAP Guru's

My sap router was running on window server and SAP was able to login on it but due to some problem window server has been crashed .

I just want to confirm that again I need to fill/submit remote data sheet form to sap or only need to download saprouter car file and configure on new server.

I know it has been some time, but we are experiencing the exact same problem after upgrading to EP 7.31 and I'm running out of options. Any chance you could still explain HOW you resolved the issue?

I think it's best you check the J2EE log files on this issue

In filesystem /usr/sap/<SID>/JC<instance number>/j2ee/cluster/server0/log

Tail the defaulttrace and perform your save on which the timeout occurs.

Check other log files as well in those filesystems or in the work directory for more information concerning the problem.
