Budget exceed problem (PS)

Hi Gurus,

Please look into this, from PO my end user want to delete few materials but not able to save after deletion.

Error coming as Budget exceeds.

He have already revised the budget amount but still getting the error.

Dear,

Go to dilevery schedule tab on PO and on most last side of that tab put ur corsor and right click that and closse option will come and click that .

thake care of patticular line item.

Than black flag will come and status PO closed will appear.

Then all open values against that line iten is closed.

You can try this.

Dear all,

The solution what I have found out is, as the PR generated from project were already deleted two time.

So the user have to generate new PR against those material.

Then only line item could be deleted from PO assigning newly generated PR from Project.

Dear Chandra,

Actually he have added few material with base price and then put the taxes in it so it shows budget exceeds error massege.

So accordingly budget have been updated.

Now even if he try to delete those material it does'nt permit and getting warning massege as below.

Error:(Warning masseges)

*No new version created because a message has not yet been transmitted

*Availability control:

*Item 1440 WBS element EPE.05.AMT.011.02 budget almost exhausted

*Item 1440 Sch. Line 1

*Can delivery date be met? (Realistic delivery date: 05.09.2008)

Statistical delivery date in the past

Hi Nitish,

check the tolerance limit for budget, wht is the setting given in warning, warning with mail to person responsible, error. check at which percentage it is given.

otherwise check the buget in CJ30, whether it is in overall or in 2008 budgeted.u have to give budget in 2008.

check the budget profile OPS9 check the tick in total values or in annual values.

check this settings, let me know..

Hi Nitish,

Plz look in to the error on which activity is getting error.

and u look in to PO conditions coloumn which includes Taxes (Total value)

then u check budget.
