win2000 + Oracle 9i to win2003x64 + Oracle 9i

I need to restore the data from windows 2000 (32bit) with Oracle 9i to a new machine with windows 2003 x64? What can I do? Any steps recommend?

Check out this Snote 960769 ( Note 960769 - Windows: Migration from 32-bit to 64-bit (x86_64) ) which will depict the procedure to migrate to 64 bit
