hi all,
I'm trying to link the 2 tutorial projects TutWD_FlightList and TutWD_FlightBooking.
How can i start the second project when i select a line in the first? in addition can i load the data from the flight list into the fields of flight booking?

Yes you need to have EP installed for using portal eventing.
The best way to achieve your functionality is by building these projects as DCs. Then add the second component as 'Used DC' in the first component. For whatever data you require in component B, expose corresponding nodes in the interface view. Now any time you want, you can trigger the second component and pass the data through the exposed nodes.

You can do that using portal eventing. You will need to place the 2 web dynpro's into one portal iView.
