SAP WAN Utilization

Folks,

What is the amount of WAN resources one can anticipate for each SAP client. Some of my colleagues suggest anywhere from needing to assume 64kb/client down to 7kb/client average WAN utilization.

Do you have any information sheets or documentation that can be used to calculate additional bandwidth needs? Any data you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
