please anybody help me in sharing material of assistance class thai is used in webdynpro.

Hi Priya,

As for as assistance class is concerned in regard with webdynpro its nothing but a normal abap class.The only difference is u are using that class as a assistance class for webdynpro and where you are writing your business logic(to implement as model of component).

And then you can use the methods of that class by using wd_assist instance of that class.

The benefits of using an assistance class over a normal abap class are:

1. It is included in the hierarchy of the web dynpro components making maintenance easier.

2. It can be used a repository for all text elements related to the WDA
