can any one share there experiance in configuring that single plant serving two company codes, requirement is need simple sto process for exchange of finished and raw materials between two company codes

First of all, the same plant can't be assigned to more than one company code. A company code can have multiple plants, but a plant will be assigned to only company code.
The Receiving and suppying plants in the case of STO's will be different.

No, It is not possible. Even though u are doing STO process u need to mainatin two different plants. More you can not assign the same plant to two company codes.but u can assign more than one plant to one company code it is like N:1 relation ship..
Please create one more virtual plant for stock exchange for other company code. Because Material valuation will happen at plant level only..

our requierment is single plant serving two company codes for each company code its consider as differant plant that is two virtual plant serving respective company codes, since this is just a internal movement within the plant, however, client requires simple sto process to overcome the existing cross company codes sales. if any suggestions related to aforsaid scenario, please share immediately.
