Set up a new RFC connection to a BW system from a new QR3 system. It is incorrect and the system will not allow me to change it or delete it. It is saying that "Destination TBWCLN333 is locked by user"?

Check in SM12 to see which other user is holding an SAP lock against table RFCDES with lock argument equal to TBWCLN333.
