one my friend SDN User is locked, it is giving userID locked. try again later.
plaese help how to unlock the user.

I too had the same problem. Just mail to sapnetwork.Temporarily try logging with the email id as username.
he has already mailed to sapnetwork, but there is no reply from them, now he is using mail ID only for loggin in,
is there any other way to unlock the user?

Thanks i got it Unlocked by mailing sapnetwork.
Yes there ll nt be immeadiate reply..
It took some hrs to get back to normal.
I mailed in morning..they gave a reply in evening..
It took aroung 8 hrs 4r me..
Mail to sapnetwork[at]sap.com.
or
Click on the forgot passwordon the logon part u ll get the necessary steps to be done.
It ll take some time to unlock.
