ITS Upgrade from 4.6C to 620

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to upgrade an old 4.6C ITS to 620?

If so can you also point me in the direction of upgrade documentation?

Hello Claire,

The upgrade is simply to install the ITS 6.20.

I would recommend:

- make a copy of the templates, service, and mimes directory

- uninstall the ITS 4.6C

- install the ITS 6.20

- if there are custom services from your old ITS 4.6C then you can try to copy them back to your new ITS 6.20 or publish them from SE80 (this feature depends on your R/3 release). Test...
