being am a beginner can u plz tell me project implementation steps and actually where the xi developer come to picture..in the project

Hi,

XI is a integration flatform, generally developing on ASAP methodology. Most of the time we are going on software development methods. Below mentioned sequential steps most of the time we are following in xi development projects.

1. Problem Understanding

2. Requirement Gathering & Scoping

3. Blue Printing

4. Development

5. Integration Testing

6. Implementation

7. Go live

XI come into picture once source and target system are ready, why because without source and target system we can't identify XI source and target interfaces. Based on system inputs we will configure XI interfaces.
