Hi there
We have a requirement where our HR Managers are not allowed to see each other's data. Does anyone have any good suggestion how this can be done?
In our case, all these HR Managers belong to the same org. unit, same personnel area and same subarea.
We are using HR structural authorisation with context.
Please advise.

So, how can the system tell the difference between them. You'll need to focus on that. If there's no way to to keep them apart using the mentioned organizational values I fear the worst...
Please don't tell me they're also in the same office, sitting at the same desk together, and the client still requires them not to see each others' data...
