please let me know how to start and stop the archivelogs by using BRTools.

Hi Giridhar,
Run the following command connected with ora<sid> user
for Archilelog on :
brspace -f dbalter -a archlog
for Archilelog off :
brspace -f dbalter -a noarchlog

to start and stop the archive logs kindly follow the below steps ,
login to ur server
run cmd
goto \usr\sap\<sid>\sys\exe\run
run ARCHIVE_TST(to know whether it is on or off)
run ARCHIVE_ON or ARCHIVE_OFF accordingly
