ABAP stack for AII

Hi SDNers,

My Basis team has installed AII 4.0 on NetWeaver04s on the same client as the XI.

But I am not able to see anything related to AII on the ABAP stack of XI.

If I try transactions like "ain" then it gives me error saying "Transaction does not exist".

Please help me in this regard.

Hello Gautum,

Please confirm in the status of the Netweaver 2004s whether AII 4.0 component is getting displayed as present or not? Else wise you should not face problems, and you should be able to run the transactions of AII, starting with /AIN*.

Thanks for the prompt reply.

I am able to see the AII component in the NetWeaver04s status, but I am unable to run any transaction.

Can you please give me any basic transactions that I can try?

Some transactions belonging to Auto ID Infrastructure for you. You can try them out. Be sure to use /n and then the transaction code. Else it wont work.

Transactions:

Auto ID Test Tool: /n/AIN/TEST_CLIENT

RFID Device: /n/AIN/DEVICE

GRAI Number Range: /n/AIN/GRAI

Try these and then let me know what has happened.

As Yogesh said a few minutes ago, any transaction beginning with /AIN/, i.e.: /AIN/DEVICE. If you can't find them, have a look at se93 to find out if there are any transactions that begin with /AIN/.
