I need some information related to Depot Plant. I do have one Production plant and one depot plant. If I want to make one plant as depot plant in CIN. What extra setting i need to do on it. I have made the settings in Production Plant.
For Depot Settings in CIN, u have to activate Depot field in Plant settings in IMG, logistic General, Tax on goods movements, India, Basic Settings in Plant settings. Here which plant ur treating as Depot.
Goto IMG --> Logistic General --> Tax on Goods movement --> India --> Basic Settings --> Maintain Plant settings Maintain excise registration for your production plant. There is no need to maintain any data for Depot here.
It will automatically consider as a production plant
