QM - Result recording

hi guys,

Purchase order: 100kgs

Goods receit: 100kgs

QI Stock : 100kgs

when carrying out result recording the system is showing Inspect qty as 1 ( it is greyed out field)

My requirement is - out of 100 kgs i may reject some Qty ex: 25kgs.

where can i see how much qty i have inspected and how many i have rejected(nonconformed)

ofcourse we can do that posting in usage decision, but i want that to be done in Results recording screen.

there are fields which indicate inspect, inspected and non conformed qty. but all these fields are taking Qty as 1.

Hi Girish,

Check 'Inspection Setup Data' in the Material Master for 100% inspection, if it's Box not check then please check it to get 100% Quantity in inspection.

Hi,

Currently i thing your using Inspection sample size is 1.

If your using sample as 100% with MIC single result recording means you can see rejected qty out of your total qty.
