Contracts in Classic Scenario

In Classic Scenario SRM 5.0 with ECC 6.0, how can I create an ECC Contract with a requirement from the Purchaser's Worklist ? Do I use the Global Outline Agreement? If so, what are the config steps ? Full points assured. Thx.

depending on the business you are able to create a

Global Outline Agreement

Follow the steps mentioned in the Strategic Sourcing Guide

at page 62

Backend Contract

Follow the steps mentioned in the Strategic Sourcing Guide

at page 70 using BADI BBP_DETERMINE_LOGSYS.

Just to add:

If you want to create contract directly in ECC

then you may have to enhance the IDOC travelling from SRM to ECC as CO CD or PORG info may not be passed

you will have to enhance with BADI in SRM or in ECC BADI BBP_CTR

Hi You can create a GOA in SRM and distribute a contracts in Backend .

Basic configuration

(1) Define a transaction type GCTR

(2) No range internally in EBP and Externally in R/3,

(3) Idoc settings sending to r/3 like BLAORD, COND_A

(4) You must have a role to create a GOA as SAP_BBP_STAL_STRAT_PUR-

CHASER.

(5) You may need to map all condition type in SRM and R/3.

Hi Muthu,

Another point I missed mentioning in my previous message.. I get the error message 'Differing time interval' at the time of distribution of the GOA to the ECC box.

I was trying to create ECC Contracts from SRM GOAs. I am getting error message 'differing time intervals'. I am not sure what is going on. I could not find any OSS on this one. Can you please help?
