When we create Webservices in PI.Is therE any way to authenticate those webservices.can we provide security for Webservices.
I wish to know webservices authentication is Possible in PI.

Could you please explain what exactly you mean by "authenticate"

Hi,
I like to know What kind of security features is provided when we create or consume webservices from PI.
Well there are different ways in which you can provide authentication.
You can authenticate based upon the user,only that specific user can send a request or you can authenticate based upon the system
You have option of using HTTPS as well.
It all depends upon what you wanna do

Can you please tell me how to do this authentication for user level as well as system level.
