Import paramenters for BAPI_PBSRVAPS_GETDETAIL

Hi All,

I am new for this APO.

I want to get the data from the planning book using the BAPI: BAPI_PBSRVAPS_GETDETAIL.

Could any one please give me the import parameters values. I know some of the field values.

PLANNINGBOOK:DP_PLNDB

DATA_VIEW:COLLABORATIVE

SELECTION_ID:MAT

PERIOD_TYPE:B

DATE_FROM:01.2008

DATE_TO:25.2008

could any one fill the below fields..

LOGICAL_SYSTEM: (DON'T KNOW)

BUSINESS_SYSTEM_GROUP: (DON'T KNOW)

SOURCE_PARTNER: (DON'T KNOW)

TARGET_PARTNER: (DON'T KNOW)

READ_OPTIONS: (DON'T KNOW)

Hi,

Logical system : You will define them in transaction BD54. You can find logical system name assigned to client in Transaction SCC4.

Business System Group: Customizing for APO choose Advanced Planner and Optimizer (APO) -> Basis Settings -> Integration -> Business System Group -> Maintain Business System Group

Hi Srilatha and Manish,

I am able to see the data in the planning book/collaborative. In the planning book i am seeing the rows with average data by monthly like

1.business plan

2.Business plan revenue

3.conf sales order

4.shipped

5.average price per lb

6.

7.

8.

etc

Can I know the standard table names or the BAPI for those above fields in the APO.

Those are the key figurs in Planning Book.There many BAPI's for planning book

You can use Tcode in APO : BAPI->Supply Chain Managment>Advanced planning and optimisation>PlanningBook APS

There BAPI for changing the key figure Values,get details etc...

When I run the BAPI, BAPI_PBSRVAPS_GETDETAIL2

the output in the table of KEY_FIGURE_VALUES look like this

(i think 1st key figure)

I didn't get what does they mean..

I checked in the planning book key figure values data but both are not same.

where can we see in the BAPI the planning book key figure values data when I run?.

You can check Logical system in customisation ( spro )

Integratioon with SAP componentsIntegration of SAP SCM and R3>basic Setting for creating system landscape --> find 2 options here ( Name logical system and manitain business System Group )
