Error while creating delivery

Hi all,

I created a sales order with reference to a contract.

once I tried to deliver that sales order the system is throwing error log as

No delivery-relevant items in order 0401287051, order type ZOR .

can anybody suggest me how to overcome the error.

Hi,

It seems you used order type ZOR, Please check the configuration for the delivery document type for ZOR.

In general Sales order 'OR' -> Delivery 'LF' -> Invoice 'F2'.

Hello,

Check the sales order status in VA02 --> Order number --> Environment --> Status overview.

Check the over all status of the sales order and the subsequent documents. check whether there is any delivery created for full quantity or not?

Dear Prasanna Kumar

Go to VTLA, select your delivery type and order type and click on Item from your left screen. There check whether the item category is assigned to these combination. If not, assign it and retry the process.

Also please ensure that

- stock is confirmed in sale order for which you are trying to create delivery

- maintained correct shipping poing in VL01N

- Delivery not created already

Hi there,

You get the error if in VL01N, you give the current date.

In the sales order check the schedule line of the items. Make a note of the date which is in the 2nd line against which there is confirmed quantity.

In VL01N, give the shipping point for the items you want to create delivery. Give the date which is in schedule lines of the items. Not the current date.

Pls note that If in the order all the line items have different schedule lines, different deliveries will be created.Also if all the items have different shipping points, you will have different deliveries.

If you are not able to create delivery even then, check if delivery item catg determiantion is done for your delivery type.
