Control Copy problem in Account Assignment Sales Order.

Hi,

We have a problem in the control copy, field sales order in tab account assignment at item level. When we are creating a sales order with reference to a quotation the field sales order is populated with the number of the quotation automatically and that creates a problem in the subsequent documents purchase requisition and purchase order. In order to avoid this issue the field sales order must to be not populated with the number of the quotation.

Hi,

Check in tcode VTAA for the documents the VOFM subroutines that control the copy. If it's necessary, create a new VOFM and replace it in VTAA.

Hi,

Thank you for your response however we have tried using the in the transaction VTAA at item level between both documents type that we have the problem. We have changed VBAP to 002, 151 and the problem still the same. The control copy is 301 maybe we should change to 302.
