When I startup Integration Building is it calls over port 8101 P4 services.
what is P4 service and why does use port 8101 instead of 50000

I am not sure if PI 7.1 still has Exchange Profile, but if it has then check for the java port mainatined in exchange profile. I assume the java port is maintained wrongly.
