I have a Sapscript form which prints production papers with barcodes correctly on a Kyocera printer. At a different location, the client has a HP LaserJet 4100 which does not print the barcode correctly - the barcode prints on top of the some text.
For Kyocera, the device type driver is set to 'PRESCRIBE' in SPAD. What should be the driver for the HP printer ? It is currently set to 'HP LaserJet driver PCL4/PCL5'
Bar Dimm is installed on the printer. On the output which is not printing right, there is a big 'X' on the barcode and text 'Err:Char=95' is printed below the barcocde.

Hi,
For double bite languages, you should have bar dim installed on the printer. Please check it.
Thanks and regards,
