Sourcing Cockpit options incorrectly displayed in German Language

Hi All,

I would appreciate if someone could provide an insight as to why Sourcing Cockpit options incorrectly displayed in German Language?

For example, all the yellow boxes, e.g. create Purchase Order and columns under 'Overview of Requirements' are in German!

Please can some explain how I can change this view back to English.
