CRT Conflict on Solution Manager

Hi Guys,

I have a problem with Solution manager 4.0 Patch upgrades. Patch level in the solman is 007. I am trying to update it to the latest one.

But I am getting an error "Conflict detected between Add-on SEM-BW 600 and Support Packages SAPKU50005

include a CRT for SAPKU50005 " (SAPK50005 is for CRM I beleive). But I cannot find any CRT for that particular Patch.

What can I do? please help me out on this.

I need update to patch level 10 to configure solution optimizer, in order to download higher patch levels.
