I received IDoc with error Message in Multiple Segment.

I would like to include these messages in email content tag, maintaining for each Error Message(Fields in Segment) a line in email.

Could anyone help me?

Cheers

Hi,

Have you considered Alerts?

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/49/cbfb40f17af66fe10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm

Another thing if you have a inbound Function module a workflow can also be trigered.

Sorry for that,

I will try to explain better. I saw Topics in Forum that explain to insert "linefeed" character into the "Content" Text. This should be solve my Problem but it doesn't work.

My Probem is :

Source Message(Idoc):

Segment A

Field A1 (Text MessageA1)

Segment B

Field B1 ( Text MessageB1)

Destination Message(Email):

Field "Content"

Text MessageA1

Text MessageB1

At the moment my result is:

Field "Content"

Text MessageA1 Text MessageB1

Hi,

Why should you be sorry? Happens with all i guess. You are correct that there are lot of threads on it,

But did you have a look at this,

This explains for both message and xslt mappings.

Meanwhile i am looking at alternative solutions,

i have understood your problem now.

Hi,

No issues give it a try, and please make sure the HEX solution xml.fieldSeparator - '0x0D''0x0A' was used in the module 'tab' of the mail adapter(if u have used one).

Keep us posted on this.

Good day,

Hello,

it works! I have just one more Problem when I set the "Content Type" Tag to "text/html". With this type of email format it doesn't work.(just one line created)

Do you know a possible reason for this Problem.

Thank you very much for you help

Did you use Tansform.ContentType - text/plain;<b>charset=utf-8</b>

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/6b/4493404f673028e10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm

See if it helps you,

Meanwhile i am looking at specific solution on this.

It was good that its working

Hello,

it works with HTML mail too. You have to put "<br>" character in email content instead "\n" to execute "line feed".

Thank you

Have a nice day
