Palletization issue

I am facing a strange problem.I was creating Sales Order 2 weeks back and palletization was happening in SO properly but when I use the same material and the same Ssales area along with SH and SP now, then no palatization takes place.Can anybody please let me know the reason behind this kind of behaviour?

By palletization, we mean that a second line item of packaging type (pallet) appears on the basis of the first line item.

It was working earlier but it is not working now.

So, can anybody let me know the config settings for it where I need to check.
