Hi,
my client is using a warranty access sequence as follows,
1.X /y/z/a/b/c
2. m/n/o
3.Plant/ x/y/z/a/b/c
Now the requirement is , to make the access in the following sequence
1. Plant/ x/y/z/a/b/c
2. .X /y/z/a/b/c
3. m/n/o.
Could you help me find out how this can be done and will it affect the existing open orders once the changes are made?If yes,how to avoid that?
Regds,
Rupali
Dear Rupali,
If you open the Access Sequence and see, the 3 access would have been maintained with some table nos. like:
TAB Description
123 X/Y/Z/A/B/C
456 M/N/O
789 Plant/X/Y/Z/A/B/C
Here, first delete all the three lines and save. Then, enter Table No. 789 in the first line and click 'Enter' and in second line enter Table No. 123 and in third line enter Table No. 456 and save. Now you have to make sure you activate the Fields.
This way you will get your access sequence in the way you want.
Hope this has helped you, if so do remember to give points.
All the best.

Hi
The accesses which you are mentioning in the access sequence are nothing but condition tables
To have it in the order which you require select the access sequence and go its accesses and delete all the existing
access nos and give the new access nos in the desired sequence which you want
Now when you create condition records in vk11 the new sequence will come in the order which you have wanted
I dont think it will have any impact on the existing open orders as the pricing is already determined for them

Raja

HI Rupali...
May I suggest you to try as follows...
Let me assume that your access sequence look something like this...
AcNo________ Description
10___________ X /y/z/a/b/c
20___________m/n/o
30___________Plant/ x/y/z/a/b/c
Why don't you delete the AcNo 30 as a whole and include the table again as follows....
AcNo________ Description
05___________Plant/ x/y/z/a/b/c
10___________ X /y/z/a/b/c
20___________m/n/o
It will not be having any effects on the documents which are already created...
Hope this will hep you..
Thanks,
Safeer Rahman
