Copying text

Hi,

I have created a text ABC for SH acc. gr. (i.e. master data)How to copy the text ABC from ship-to master to the Order Header TEXT and then this ABC will copy to Delivery doc and Billing Doc.

Please guide.

Hi,

to copy text from a master record to any sales document you have to

configure text determination procedure

Go Through this navigation.

text control.-----> text determination for sales documents.

In that you have to create a text procedure & in that procedure we have to assign a text id(just like a condition type). In that text id you have to maintain an access seq. In the access sequence u have to Sequence no - 10 ,maintain text object( KNVV- from customer master) ,ID( created in customer master). Partner function (SH) , language (EN) ..........

then u have to assign the text determination procedure to sales document type..

then create a sales order

. text will be coppied into the document.

in the access sequence u can use different text objects based on ur requirement .... i,e- KNVV, KNA1, KNB1, KNMT, KNVK, MVKE, TEXT...
