Error during backend communication.Inform system administrator.

Hi,

We have implemented EBP globally, but when we try creating shopping cart for brazil we get a message"Error during backend communication.Inform system administrator", but for all other countries it works fine. We are able to create the shopping carts and purchase order in R/3 and the same is reflecting at both ends when we ignore this message. We are using classic scenario. Earlier we had used Bapi_PO_create and now we tried with Bapi_PO_Create1 but the messages gets popped up. Can any one please let me know where i would be going wrong for this Brazil setup.

Hello All,

We are getting same error in our SRM 4.0 & ECC 5.0 ECS landscape.

It is only for a particular co cd meannt for UK.

We have seen the other related threads, checked the settings

But error is still there.

Give us more inputs please

you would have to focus on taxation and country specific jurisdiction

Hi,

Can you please elaborate the tax and jurisdiction code procedure. We have maintained the relevant tax codes of R/3 in EBP. I am not sure where i would have missed out.
