Hi,

what is task list?

It is nothing but a Quality Inspection plan / Quality Control Plan.

This is consist of the following information like which parameter going to inspect and how?, How sample consider and which work center etc..

What is valuation mode?

To valuate the product characteristics during inspection whether accepted / Rejected as well as consideration of Non confirmation unit (Defect).

It will be done by Automatically or Manually.

What is severity of inspection?

The severity of the Inspection fixed based on the product performance in terms of quality.

Like Reduced Inspection, Normal Inspection and Tightened Inspection.

What is the scope of catalog from quality perspective?

Catalog -> It is nothing but a folder it is consist of quality related Code and Code groups like Usage Decision code, Defect, Causes, Action, Task code etc....

HI Babu,

look what i am able to understand is code group represents a char. or an attribute like color, surface

code is the value for certain code group.

but i am not able to get the meaning of

like Usage Decision code, Defect, Causes, Action, Task code etc....

Hi,

Usage Decision code

It will be used in during clearing of lot by giving the Usage decision like A - Accepted, REW - Rework, REJ - Rejected etc..

Defect, Causes, Action, Task code

It will come under Defect recording and notification area (Non conformance report).

Defect detail, Causes for the defect, Action for the Defect, etcc..
