Test log on SAP system ABC failed at DDIC password

I am installating ECC on HA. Installed ASCS, SCS, DI and now trying to install CI on the same host( but different logical servers assigned to it).

So each instance has different logical names assigned.

At present I am stuck with the CI where it gives the following error.

Before the ERROR we have given DDIC password the same which was assigned to ASCS instance. But stuck at some phase during installation. So we again started the installation and not assigned any password for DDIC( default- not checked the password box). But again gave the same error.

I tried upating the SAPSR3.USR02 table and updated the UFLAG to 0 from 128. But same story.

Has somebody faced this issue and resolve it?

Also we could not login to sap as it gives work process terminated error and comes out. So cannot change the pass for ddic login in????

Could not login to SAP bcos dev_disp showed that ORA 2289 error, which resolved by creating the seq as per the note.185821.

But then SAP* was not able to login.. as the db problem, we restarted from scratch..
