There is no "revert sales" concept in SAP. It most be some kind of internal jargon. It could mean anything from deleting an open sales order to cancelling the whole chain of documents from billing to sales.
Why can't you ask someone who is using this term what they mean by that? Are you affraid they'll think you're stupid? Well, now the whole SDN wil think so...
