Hi

Can we control the security on location without using the C_APO_LOC Object. Because i want to control on bigger area, than just location. For ex. I want to restrict on country level. I dont want to list all my locations in that country in that object.

So is there anyway we can define other Char (other than LOCATION char - this C_APO_LOC object takes only LOC as char) to control by the regional access in the Pl Books ?

I am not aware of doing with BI objects. Anyway, i will go ahead and enter all the locations in my LOC object.

Hi,

I think the next option you can try is using BI object. Check the authorization objects starting with 0BI* for characteristics. You can assign this infobject (country) to a role and restrict it by the values.
