sales support activities configuration and its partner determination

Hello Guru's

I have another reqiurement i.e i need to configure the sales support activities in my project , its a real eastate construction company

ex: Before project lunch we will do promotional activities like

media planning , radio , telivision . hoarding etc

after project lunch we will have pre-sales activities like inquiry and quatation ete........Let us consider that the .

inquiry can be in the form of telephone calls , mails , walkins , etc

how should i configure these actvities and how should i do the partner determination for these kind of activities ? plz help me out ?
