Dear Pankaj

1) If excise invoice is already generated, then you should first cancel the excise invoice and then only reverse the PGI, delete the delivery

2) Yes you can update the price in billing. In VF01 / VF02, go to condition tab and click on Update button at the bottom screen so that a box will appear. Double click on B so that the price will get changed in billing. You cannot update the same in sale order.

3) Some of the fields that you can change at header level are; Account Assignment Group, Tax Classification, condition values. At Item level Account Assignment Group, condition values

thanks

Incase, Excise JV have been passed towards adjustment of Excise Duty through T.Code: J1IH, then pass another Excise JV to adjust the same.

2.Can we change the price while doing billing? If yes then how the prices will be updated in the sales order?

Yes, Price cab be changed in billing document through 2 options:

a. If Pricing Type is maintained as 'B' in copy control and Condition record have been changed after creation of Sales Order, new Price will get updated.

b. The Price may also be changed at Item level on Condition Tab Page. This will be controlled based on configuration of Condition Type i.e if Manual Change allowed, only then it will be allowed to Change.

3.What are the feilds we can change in billing?

Some of the fields which can be changed are as under:

Pricing

Account Assignment Group of Material
