You can always export a normal ABAP transport. It can be manually reimported later. The process is then no different than any other time you use a transport.

For an alternative, you can use SAPLink to export your WD component via XML. http://code.google.com/p/saplink/

For Web Dynpro plugin required is: "NUGG_ABAP_WEB_DYNPRO-0.1.0.nugg"

Get this plugin at:

http://code.google.com/p/saplink-plugins/downloads/list?can=2&q=wdyn&colspec=FilenameSummaryUploadedSizeDownloadCount

install this plugin the way you installed SAPLINK using installer program and then you will see web dynpro related objects types during export.

Have you read the SAPlink documenation and FAQ. There is also a video demonstration. It is all pretty straight forward. You will need to install the additional Web Dynpro plug-ins (available on the SAPlink code page) as well. Then you just need to run the ABAP program ZSAPLINK and export a Slinkee.
