Data Exchange Process , end of delivery scenario

hello everybody,

i am trying to implement an end of delivery process , the scenario is like this:

client 200 (supplier) sends an end of delivery request to client 100 (distributor) by sending an Idoc using the DataExchange Processes EXPREQSWTx.

idoc is sent. Received and processed in the distributor side, the end of delivery on the side of the distributor is carried out. The problem is at the moment to send the response back to supplier. No IDOC is generated , the error is that service provider is not of service type "supply", eventhough it is configured to be of service type "distributor"

The DataExchange process is configured in the following way

EXPRESSWTx

own service type : distribution

third party service type : supply

i have deleted and created again the data exchange Pr. for my own service provider but still with the same error.

Any ideas

to all that might be interested, i applied sap note 1088254 and the problem is fixed

"When you exchange change notifications in UTILMD - message format 4.0, an

error may occur for a certain constellation. This is the case if an inbound

change notification creates an outbound message due to the process-related

master data change. As a result, you may not be able to attach the final

IDoc status message of the ALE basis to the data exchange task. This is

because you use global variables of the function group together with the

event modules and format modules for change notifications that are in the

function group. Since process errors that occur always result in a

termination of any further execution of the data exchange task, the

described error has further effects only in the user-defined enhancements

of the functions." sap note 1088254
