Hi,

Iam creating the sales order todays for quantity 110. But the stock for the material is available only 100. In Material Master view in MRP 2, its showing in house production as 160 days.

In this case what will happen to the balance quantity 10 ? If i see in the shedule line, its showing the confirm quantity as 100. Usually the balance 10 quantity must show in the seconline of the schedule line, But it is not showing in the shedule line.

Kindly guide me.

hi friend!!!!

if the balance stock of material if 100 then system can't confirm more than 100 unless the stock of material is not increase

if u don't want availability check then u can maintain ND -NOPLANNING IN MATERIAL MASTER INMRP VIEW

Hi,

Check whethere the Availability check & TOR is switched on at the Schedule line level.

2.Check for the requirmrent type and requirmrnent class setting in SPRO.
