Hi Guys !

How to change

"document date " and

"posting date" Automatically in T.code "MB1C"

AND

How to error "period 008/2008is not open for account type S and G/L 799999" in T.code MB1C.

Hello,

First you need to check the posting period variant maintined in your company code. Go to SPRO --> Financial Accounting ---> Global settings --> Select your company code --> details.

Check the posting period variant. Go to Go to SPRO --> Financial Accounting ---> Global settings --> Document --> Posting periods (OB52).

You may see the posting periods against your variant, it will be like +, A, D, K, M, S....check the year maintined against the accoutn type S. If it doesn't fall in 08/2008, the system throws error, change it as required.

But always get a Fianace Expert's help to do any changes in Finance related areas.

hi,

This is a FI setting.

Go to T-Code - OB52 (Posting Periods: Specify TIme Intervals)

Go to your company code, & change the from & to period for A, D , K M or S...

Check the accounting period for S a/c type in OB52.
