I need to copy BOM From SAP System to Excel sheet

Dear Luckky

I dont know from which T.Code, you want to download the data into excel.

But for information, if the download option is not available in some T.Codes (in all TCodes it should be available) and you want to download into an excel, just place your mouse on the left corner data from which you want to copy, press [control Y] drag your mouse to right side of the data so that the selected area will be blocked with black. Drag down till the area you want and paste it in excel. By doing so, it wont be in excel but in text format. You can then reformat it to excel.

HI laxmipathi,

I need to copy data from QT level or Sales Order level......

Becose I,my clinet product BOM having 100 line items....

Can i Copy all Line items into Excel sheet.....

Dear Luckky

Yes certainly it is possible.

As I said above, place your mouse on the first line item and press [Cntrl Y] simultaneously. Now if you see your mouse, it will be like plus sign. Just copy till last line item by dragging your mouse towards downward and paste it in excel.

hi friend!!!!!

just open u r data in sap which u want to copy to excel

select that column and right click on title of column then u have option from right click in that option select SPREAD SHEET

then automatically system export data just select where u want to save on u r desktop on any drive
