Breakdown notification

Dear All..

We ahve a requirement..

1.In ECC 6.0 we found that multiple breakdown notifications are raised by users..

The requirement is whenever a machine is breakdown...no more notifications are to be raised agsinst that particular machine..till the present notification is closed...

ie...user should be informed that this machine already under breakdown..

I agree that the settings in OIMD will prompt automatically the notifications..

But...it does not restrict the user from creating the Breakdown notifications..

Yest it is not going to restrict. It will only give info. I am looking I will come back if i get proper solution for this.

Dear,

You can use Object Information Key for such cases. Which will automatically pop up at the time of entering that equipment.

It will give all details of equipment such No. of notification, created, pending, completed.
