Hi,
All the message and alrerts which need to be posted via Internet are getting stuck in a queue with error status in Tcode: Sost.
I have checked the Scot for SMTP setting. Nothing Were changed.
What can i check to find the issue.

check whether the routing is enabled or not from t.code
scot->view->routing

I have done a echo test from OS level and found ok status.
250 2.1.5 <****@**.com>... Recipient ok
354 Enter mail, end with "." on a line by itself
>>> .
250 2.0.0 m7I7LLsU078918 Message accepted for delivery
