is it possible to hire and terminate a person on same day ..please help

!1) If you want to terminate him on same day then why you have hired him?
2) If you think later on that the position is not required to be filled after hiring the person , then it very clear that you have very cheap HR department and policies

Hmm lets on the first day, when HR asks you for your previous credentials as mentioned in the Resume and you fail to furnish them....

Technically it may be possible. But it would be completely Un-ethical on part of the recruiter for such behaviour.

considering the consequences ( especially if he's a member of a labour union) not advisable.
in some countries labour unions are very strong ( e.g. Nordic countries)
