U can change account group of one to customer to permanent customer by changing account group of customer in xd07 or u can change in account group of one time customer (obd2) u can uncheck the one time customer field.

You can change the ONE TIME CUSTOMER ACCOUNT GROUP TO REQUIRED ACCOUNT GROUP USING XD07

This can be done by changing the account group of onetime customer to the required account group through XD07, where it asks to fill the required and missing data.
