Hi All,
Any body here encountered an error that every time you search in solution database, you cant attach the solution in a support desk message.
For example:
In Solution Database tab, i will search for appropriate solution. Every time i choose the solution via search option, the check button is disabled.
I can succesfully create a new solution and system automatically attached it in the service desk message. But when searching for existing solution, its not possible because search button is disabled.
Hope you can give me light on this problem.

HI,
For Searching you need to install TREX server please check in your system whether TREX is installed or not.You can also use the tcode CRMC_SAF_TOOL.
