Hi Guru's,

The SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR Background job is running through Client: 000 User: DDIC. It is getting canceled when starting the step. Please,help me reg.this issue.

assign the proper variant.if you dont know which one to assign try all the variants already created

Hi Deve,

Could you please check the log.

SM37 ->SELECT THE JOB->JOBLOG

You will get the error information.

Also check sm21 and st22 for more information for the failure.

You can paste the log here.

08/19/2008 04:39:05 Logon of user ADMINJOBS in client 000 failed when starting a step 00 560

Here you can see the job fails because the logon for the user ADMINJOBS fails in client 000.Please check why the user is not able to login to 000 by using the t-code su01.

The reasons can be the user may be locked

Password may be expired

User ADMINJOBS may not exist any more in the client 000.

Resolve this you job will run successfully.

Normally these jobs should run under system user to avoid these type of issues.
