Hi Darshan,

You need to install the database instance and select the method system copy/ oracle backup/restore.

Ensure that you can startup and open the database.

Hello Darshan,

This depends on some factors:

- Was your database shutdown (offline backup), when you copy all the data folders?

- Was your database running and in backupmode (online backup), when you copy all the data folders?

- If it was in backupmode, do you still have the archivelogs for a recvoery?

- Does the copy of the data include one controlfile?

During uninstalling SAP R/3 4.7 , Oralce 9i, accedentaly ECC6 - on Oracle 10 g is uninstalled but

It unistalls only usr directory & not the database or logs so I have copy of all Oracle 102, archive logs, all logs , & Data folders. initSID. ora, initSID.sap

now new ECC6 installed what should have to do to restore old data.
