i want to cancel the proforma invoice created in STO PROCESS (accounting document is not generate)

i tried but system do not allow

U can cancel the commercial Inovice, for proforma invoice we have to complete the same by using Tcode VA02---- billing doc. -

Complete. If u have created excise invoice please cancel the excise invoice first and then complete the proforma invoice. Once u complete the proforma inovice check the document flow and see the status it will be cancelled.

but friend from that proforma invoice i create excise invoice

and that create accounting document

thats why i need

or tell me any other way how can i handel

Dear hanumant

In that case, you have to cancel the excise invoice first and then change the status of proforma by going to VF02, input the proforma reference and click from menubar the left corner Billing Document and Complete.

By doing so, if you see the document flow of this proforma, it would have been changed to Cancelled.

Hello,

You can't cancal the proforma. As you know Proforma invoice doesn't create any accounting entries, so there is no neccesary for to cancel it. You may create as many proformas as possible from the order / delivery.
